      Questions?

I have very young kids – will it work to have them come?
Yes! We love kids here, and we would love to have your young ones be part of this day. We will have a fridge and microwave available for you, plus high chairs, and even a quiet "family/nursery room" filled with toys. We will also have some staff available to provide child care. Sure – your four-year old may not be able to take on building a new deck...but there's something he or she can be a part of – and we think the experience will provide a great learning opportunity for your child and for all of us!

I've never been to Qwanoes before – will I fit in?
Yes! Every year we welcome MANY new people from all backgrounds. Not only is camp a great place to connect with God, but it is also is a great place to connect with other people. You may even make a new friend here! We look forward to meeting you and your family.

Do I need to bring my own tools?
No! We will provide all of the tools you'll need. It would be helpful if you brought your own work gloves, though, but if you don't have any – no problem. If you have trade skills and would like to help with a skilled project using your own tools (but we also will have tools available). But – keep in mind that you do not need to bring anything.

My kids are grown and no longer live with us – can I join in this weekend?
Yes! We would be glad to have you here.

I can only come on Saturday. Is that an option?
Yes! We welcome people to join us Saturday morning for breakfast, meeting at the fireside for the work assignments and then serving all the way to the late afternoon. You could even join in our evening fireside that night.
