Leader-in-Training Program
Practical Training For Youth
This unique program provides opportunity for qualified graduates of our Counselor-in-Training (CIT) program to gain additional experience and evaluation in the areas of leadership, counseling and program development, along with further theoretical and practical training. Serve God now in a significant way and be challenged to mature spiritually. Increase your awareness of the work and vision of Christian ministry and your place in it.
Part Of The Staff Team
LIT's are integral members of our staff team and serve primarily as junior counselors. They also have opportunity to serve as events, activity, and support staff. The week of July 17 to 23 includes advanced training, including self-evaluation sessions and group assignments. LIT's will prepare to play a key role at Family Camp! This is excellent preparation for future camp and church leadership.
